Masonic Orders

Under the auspices of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Murcia, various Masonic Orders work, each with their own rites, traditions and degrees. Below are the bodies currently active in our Province.

Mark Master Masons

One of the most widespread additional degrees in the Masonic tradition. Its symbolism revolves around the keystone of Solomon's Temple: it illustrates how judgement based on appearance can reject the most important piece of the building. It regards the brethren as "living stones" in the building of an inner, spiritual temple, and imparts the lesson of just reward for effort and merit.
